“I am in Stonebrook for the second time, I was here in April and had a great team that worked with me and put up with me and I was able to go home for almost 5 weeks using my walker and doing all the things I learned with my team and was able to do laundry feed my critters and even cook but my tail bone was so painful and after a short hospital stay I actually told them I would only go here where I felt like family. If you or a family member need to go to rehab I would definitely check them out…”
